>What is the difference between an 'Area', a 'Field', and a 'Dungeon' ? How do you create/post in them?
An area is the general term that is used to refer to either a field or dungeon. A field/dungeon is the result of a combination of area keywords. The main difference between a field and dungeon is that Fields are set out in wide open spaces while Dungeons are enclosed mazes often underground or within a maze-like building. You may post in one of the general areas already provided by CC Corp, but if you want to create your own field with your own settings and descriptions, please read this Fields & Dungeons guide to learn how to make them and even how to post in CC Corp's fields. More in-depth information about this subject is also found within that thread.
>Will there be more classes to choose from in the future?
No. Were not expecting to have any more classes added to our current roster. The only classes that will keep popping up are special class extensions, which cannot be chosen as a base class for your character upon creation.
>Is there a rule/guideline for setting monsters in a field?
No. The creating and setting of monsters have been left entirely up to the player's discretion. The only thing that we ask is that you make their levels and descriptions in accordance with "The World" and the set level for the server you are in.
>What about field settings such as its main element and terrain?
This is also left to the player's discretion. CC Corp areas have a bit of this described, however anything outside of that description is free to be manipulated by the player as well.
>What are special class extension?
These are extensions that are cannot be gained through ordinary means in the game. They must be won from a quest, which is obtained from one of "The World" events. To know more about how to obtain one, read the Events section in the Game Guide.
>Why aren't the special classes listed?
Special Classes are all limited editions. As such, there will be only one of each and in some cases perhaps two. They will be listed as they appear in the game, but not beforehand because they are meant to be surprises!
>What do we do when we get to a beast/gott statue? Do we make up the item ourselves?
That's right. Consider the field/dungeon you have cleared and what level it is. You can create your own items in accordance with this. All special items are controlled by Infinity's staff, so you are not allowed to make any for yourself.
>But how do I know what is a special item and what isn't?
You must rely on your knowledge of MMORPGs and "The World" for this. For example, wings (the large kind that can move, not the ones that are part of an avatar's clothes) are considered as a special item in most MMOs and they are practically unseen in "The World". Wings, pets, bikes, legendary gear sets - Things such as these are controlled by the Staff and cannot be player-generated.
>Can you be a GM in The World? Icly, I mean?
Check out the Restricted Playable Characters list for an answer to that.
>Do fields have a default background music?
All fields have some sort of background music - even silence counts as background music. However, you, the player, are the one that sets what kind of music the field has within your post. And if it's within one of CC Corp's areas and it is not specified that it has a particular background music playing, then you may set it up yourself.
>Will there be guilds? What about the Arena, like in the G.U. games?
We will not be having guilds in R:Fusion. We have implemented a system of Factions to replace what would usually come off as the Guilds System in most MMORPGs. It is yet undecided whether there will be an arena constantly out in the open, but we will be holding tournaments in R:Fusion, so that's something.
