When the sound of thunder echoes across these plains, bad omen's are usually following sometime after. Despite the raging storms however, the gentle kiss of rain lightly downpours and offers weary travelers a moment of tranquility in this hellish landscape.
With nowhere to find respite from the storms brewing above, an adventurer's only hope of respite is in the building that looms in this area. Be warned however, it's said that the storms in this area are channeled by a powerful creature... That could of course be rumor.

Thunder, was the first thing he was greeted with when he attempted to login once again. He'd need to submit another report soon wouldn't he but really, what was it all for? He didn't smile, he didn't put on the usual bravado, there wasn't anyone he needed to put it on for so why even bother? Instead his lips were a straight line, eyes closed as he listened to the music and the thunderstorm.
A sense of... Calm, washed over him like the gentle waves cascading over sands on a beach. Giving a heaved sigh the GM pulled his scythe from his back and started to walk, hair on his character clearly sticking to his face as the rains grew heavier while he trudged onwards.
Why was it doing this? Just what happened? He wasn't even sure, how the hell could he do his job if he wasn't even sure what was going on? Then again. Why bother trying when you only got dribs and drabs. He'd only even bothered to sign up with CC Corp because he had a friend there.... And where was that friend now?
Gone. Just like everyone else, when the two had more or less promised one another they'd look out for each other. Once again, Codez was alone and he was growing tired of this.
"... Guess it's karma."

Faustus//Lv.20 Crusader
Chasing rumors is not a business for the impatient. They are elusive things in themselves, and while rare for them to ever be found, it was even rarer that they were true in the first place. All in all, people liked attention.
Between players making up rumors for publicity and the lolz of watching other players search for rumors that never existed, it could be exhausting, though finding out how to access this one wasn't hard. In all reports of the Twilight Server', it was said to randomly log people in to itself, when they hadn't ever intended to go there. After about an hour of logging in and out in an attempt to exploit it into logging him in, it had finally happened.
After the initial surprise had subsided, Faustus gathered his thoughts. Before him was an endless expanse of land corralled on all sides by mountains, and dark cumulonimbus clouds obfuscated even the slightest remnant of sunlight. Though the rain was a nice touch. It pattered almost rhythmically off of his models armor plated shoulders as he made his way forward in the new world.
"So. I suppose the rumors were true. Who would've thought? Moreover, and more importantly how is it propogated?"
He spoke to himself more than anyone, not that there was another player within a country mile of here. Well, at least he thought so until the 'ping' of another player popped onto his digital map.
It took only a few minutes before they were within eye-shot of each other.
"So you're a Gamemaster as well?" He said, inspecting his username. "I'm Faustus. I've been looking into the rumors surrounding this particular server. I can only imagine you're doing the same? Or are you perhaps just here by chance? Either way. We may end up being here a while."

Chimes, that was what he only just made out over the sound of the thunder that roared through this place. Slowly he came to a halt, waiting for the person to catch up to him. It didn't take long.
"So you're a Gamemaster as well?" Not so much as a hello first, how rude. Codez stared back at the other GM rather blankly.
"I'm Faustus. I've been looking into the rumors surrounding this particular server. I can only imagine you're doing the same? Or are you perhaps just here by chance? Either way. We may end up being here a while."
"Never would've guessed your name was Faustus not like there's a UI that displays names or anything. You already know mine so there's no point in introducing myself. Y'know just saying hello would've sufficed." Codez began.
"Yeah I'm looking in to why these places exists, this server shouldn't be here. Infact, no one should be able to access it from my understanding but somehow a few people keep ending up online and in random fields in this server." He mused as he rolled his shoulders.
"... The rain is a nice touch though wouldn't you say?" Codez blinked, tilting his head back. Oddly his tone subsided from is usual stand offishness.
"So do we stick together or split up? Choice is yours." He asked, as he folded his arms, scythe on his back as he looked at the other GM. It was different to meet another GM that wasn't Reign and honestly? Codez missed the guy but it was what it was and Codez couldn't change the fact that he hadn't spoken to Reign in quite some time now. What exactly was he going to do? Make another new friend? Just so they could leave again? How many times had this happened now? Four? Yes. About that. First his best friend, then his girlfriend, then another friend and then Reign.
Maybe it was just best NOT to have friends at all.
