Ingine//Tyrantblade They were far away now; the sound of players clamoring, their loud conversations drowning in the backdrop, receded as he turned away from the heart of Dol Dona. Kenta brought up a hand to try and stifle a yawn. He'd lost track of the time since he got the notification with instructions to follow the sound of children singing. Sleepiness lapped doggedly behind his ears and he wasn't even trying all that hard to find the singing children. All he wanted as a distraction. Something to take his mind away from Dr.Xiang. His father. Even Velten. The sound of singing reached a fever pitch suddenly. Ingine rubbed his face and tried to focus. He was somewhere in the outskirts of the city it seemed, because there were no more buildings in the distance in front of him and this area looked a bit desolate -- except for the band of beast children rough housing between some pavilions. One of the children stood out a little bit. Ingine observed the child's unique model with long ears and lion-like tail and hair. He seemed to be getting ganged up on? "Hey. Break it up. Come on." Ingine broken into the circle of laughing children and gently tried to ease the little beasts into some sort of order, only to end up with monkeys hanging off his arms and a puppy gnawing on his head. The singing had stopped. Clearly, he's in the right place. Now he just needs to trigger the quest. He looked over at Elfed and was caught by a pair of huge, disgruntled, amber eyes. This kid was angry. "Are you the quest giver?" |
Name: Kazumaru and the Inverted Cat's Kingdom
Summary: The children were singing today; they sang tales of old, myths and legends; The Great Beastman Liberation, Harpy witches stealing naughty children in the dead of night, The Inverted Cat's Kingdom...Oh! Take me to the Cat's Kingdom, Elfed cried and ran angrily amidst the children's laughter. You can't go, sang the children, you're not a cat. So what if I'm not a cat, Elfen fumed and stomped. Laughter rose like bubbles in the wind. You can't go, You can't go. Only cats can go! Kazumaru, Elfed's pet thunder cat, has gone missing. Elfed is sure that Kazumaru fell into the Inverted Cat's Kingdom, a place said to only exist in children's bedtime stories. The Inverted Cat's Kingdom is a replica of Dol Dona city, but everyone in the city are cats instead of beastmen. The quest will begin when you come across the sound of children singing whilst walking around Dol Dona. A notification popup will present itself, asking if you'd like to follow the sound and lead you to a hidden location near the outskirts of the city where you will find Elfed arguing with a rabble of beastmen children. Should you approach him, he will plead that you help him find Kazumaru by jumping through a dilapidated well--the only known route to reach the Inverted Cat's Kingdom, after which the quest instance will begin.

- The cat residents of the inverted kingdom share the same class system as regular players.

There's this one person Dad really wants to find, but the rat keeps saying the person is beyond the wall and they can't reach the place without a divine body, whatever that means. Dad looks really mad. I think he's trying to find a way to get beyond the wall."]
