Having this item in one's inventory grants them access to the Water spell Rue Zot. [Rue Zot (Target: Area) Raises a jagged mass of ice from the ground to damage enemies.]

Reign justice upon your enemies by means of H2O to the face! The Super Soaker of Justice causes water based damage to a target. It shoots a continuous, high powered stream of water for about 30 s before needing cool down. Needs refill every 15 uses.
