He was about to throw in his stuff into the cauldron in front of him when he checked on his task list, curious about how far Chronos had progressed. His eyes widened when he saw that the party had everything to submit to complete the quest. Did he miss someone doing something earlier? Had Chronos unexpectedly did so much more than he announced he would be working towards? His questions sank deep within his suspicions. It propelled him to cast a curious glance at Souichi, knowing full well what the other must have done once Gestalt was sure he hadn't missed anything.
He tried his damned hardest not to reprimand him, doing things like hacking in the presence of others; but if he had reacted much more strongly, he was afraid he would make it seem even more suspicious. So he feigned ignorance,
"Oh, seems like we're done?" Gestalt tilted his head in slight confusion, speaking in a voice loud enough for Chronos to hear as well. He forced Souichi to follow him to greet Chronos a farewell, preferably sufficient only to relay their intent on its most surface level. Pass themselves off as casual players doing casual event things in the game. Maybe even thanking him for his assistance thus far like how most people would.
"Thank you, Chronos, for working on this quest with us! We'll be seeing you around. Please say hi if you ever bump into us in town."
Please don't.
Gestalt swiftly submitted the quest, and system notifications popped up on each of their screens, letting them know that they have completed this quest as a party and have been rewarded with a complete set of the Brews needed for the Orochi Raid Quest. He bowed, then gated out of the event area so fast, he could have surpassed the speed of light.

Name: Brew for the Gods
Summary: You have entered the mysterious Moon Cave, but it seems everyone is too busy with preparations for Lord Orochi’s ceremony to pay you any mind. Cook, the resident chef in charge, on the other hand, is thrilled at the appearance of free labor and immediately puts you to work in creating the last item needed to complete Lord Orochi's feast: Ritual Sake. The quest is triggered immediately after stepping into the first subarea of Moon Cave. The chef npc will rush you down and demand your help in the kitchen. It is best you listen to his demands because remember: you're pretending to be some sort of Oni to get into the dungeon and you don't want any of the dungeon's residents to become suspicious of you! Unless you hide yourself, leaving and returning to the area will always draw Cook's attention and he will ask you for the progress of your task every time.
